Attached is a copy of an article I just published in this month’s OC Lawyer Magazine. As you can see, its theme is recommending some reforms in the Criminal Justice System by adopting programs that work. And then is describes some of those programs.
Please give these recommendations some consideration, and help us all by forwarding them to other interested and caring people. As I say at the end of the article, and have said often in this series, it is our government, and if it is not working we have no one to blame but ourselves.
