“IT FEELS GOOD TO VOTE FOR A CANDIDATE!”

Don’t succumb to voting against one candidate or another. Why? Because it truly feels good to vote FOR a candidate instead of just against one. And, I suggest, the best vote for President in the upcoming election is one for Libertarian candidate Dr. Jo Jorgensen! First of all in many states, such as California, New York and Illinois, a vote for Trump is a wasted vote because Biden will win those states no matter what. In fact, the same thing is true for a vote in those states for Biden because he will win them anyway. And the same thing is true for a vote for Biden or even Trump in states like Texas because Trump will win Texas regardless. But a vote for third-party candidate Jorgensen will actually make a difference because it will be counted as a vote against the polarization present in our country today, as well as the increasingly expensive healthcare system and all of our unnecessary wars. It will also call attention to the failure of too many of our government schools, as well as the increasingly obscene deficits that will handcuff our children and grandchildren for decades to come! And that is not to mention the truly Un-American result of not inviting candidates to the presidential debates who are on the ballots in enough states technically to win the presidency!

You probably are not aware of this, but today the so-called Commission on Presidential Debates is solely comprised of senior members of the Republican and Democratic parties. And their founding documents literally state that the purpose of the commission is to get the Republican and Democratic Parties’ positions on the issues out to the American public. So, guess what, they have intentionally designed a system that excludes any other voices. Historically when the League of Women Voters was in charge of the debates it used the criterion that any candidate who was on the ballots in enough states technically to win the presidency would be invited to participate in the debates. And that makes sense. Have you thought about how hard it is to be on the ballot for president in just one state, much less a majority? They should have a seat at the table! In fact, that is so obvious that when the League was escorted out of power it issued a public statement that “We will not be a part of the hoodwinking of America!” Pretty strong stuff, but we have been hoodwinked ever since. So please give some thought to voting for and supporting Libertarian candidates like Dr. Jo Jorgensen. Among other things, it will really feel good!
